When is the latest time I can reserve my room?
July 4, 2025 is the cut-off date for room reservations, cancellations, addition and/or subtraction of rooms. Please note that after July 4th the president of this family reunion will be financially responsible for any rooms that are not booked. Please book your rooms before July 4, 2025. Please note that cancelling at the last minute makes the president financially responsible for your rooms. If additional rooms are needed after the cut-off date they cannot guarantee availability.
Is there a cancelation fee after I book my hotel room?
There is a free cancelation of your reservation as long as you cancel BEFORE 11:59 PM LOCAL HOTEL TIME ON JULY 24, 2025.
Are these non-smoking rooms?
Yes, both room options are non smoking rooms.
I have points. Can I use that to reserve my room?
Yes. You can use your points. According to the Hilton website, it will cost 50,000 points per night.
Is there free parking?
